Red Rose and Gold 60th Birthday Cake

Description

I created this 60th birthday cake with a deep red rose, chocolate-coated strawberries and gold details against a smooth cream finish. Generous piped swirls frame the top, with strawberries arranged around the rose and more placed at the base. Their contrasting chocolate coatings and drizzled decoration add detail throughout the design.

A gold number 60 topper rises above the rose, while gold “Mum” lettering makes the front feel especially personal. Green foliage, small floral accents and gold decorative spheres complete the arrangement. The red detail around the bottom ties the colour of the rose into the base, giving the whole cake a coordinated cream, red and gold finish.
